As a Christian am I free from demon oppression?

All Christians are free from demonic oppression. A Christian can however come under demonic oppression, this should not be but because of their ignorance of the Word of God it can happen. What is required is the transformation of the mind through the Word of God so that such things will not happen to you.

Galatians 4:1-2
Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.

Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Is righteousness achievable?

Righteousness for the Christian is achievable mainly because righteousness is a free gift given to everyone who believes that Jesus died and was raised from the dead for them.

Romans 3:21-22
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Is church attendance still important nowadays?

Church attendance is very paramount to the maintenance, sustenance and growth of a Christian. It is in church that one is trained on the spiritual life, in the skillful use of the Word of God and in evangelism.

Hebrews 10:25
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

What should I do to go to heaven?

To be qualified to go to heaven the Bible says you must be born again. Being born again you receive a new life in Christ that is worthy of heaven. To be born again you must give your life to Christ by praying the prayer of salvation.

John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Romans 10:9-10
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

When is the end of the world?

The end of the world is very soon. Many signs have appeared already and one of the major signs of the end of this world is the proliferation of the Gospel. We are seeing this today because of the advancements of communications technology where people from around the world are hearing the Word of salvation. You should prepare yourself for the end of the world by receiving and maintaining your salvation in Christ.

Should all Christians speak in tongues?

I wouldn't say all Christians must speak in tongues but what I will say is that speaking in tongues is very important in the relationship between us and our Father in heaven. It will transform every Christian's life. Tongues are a language of the spirit, higher than any other human language. The gift is given for elevated communication with God who is Holy. Tongues are also a sign that one is a Christian.

1 Corinthians 14:4
He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

A New Life In Christ

Being born again is not about religion or following some set of rules. It’s about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and having Him live in you. When you are born again, you are given a new life in Christ. Are you ready to experience the love of God in your life? Are you tired of living in sin and want a fresh start? If so, then you are ready to be born again. Say the prayer below, mean with all your heart and God will answer you:

Prayer of Salvation

Father God, I come to you in the Name of Jesus Christ. Your Word says that anyone who calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved. I am calling on you now, Lord Jesus, to come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. I believe that you died on the cross to pay for my sins, and I believe that you rose from the dead for my justification. I turn from sin and choose to follow you. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit. I declare that I am saved! I am born-again! I am a child of God. Christ now dwells in me, and He is greater than anything in the world. I walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!

An Unsual Kind Of Love

If you prayed the Prayer of Salvation, congratulations! You are now a child of God. I am so excited for you and I know that God has great things in store for you! Here are some things you can do to grow spiritually now that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour:

Read the Bible: the Bible is God’s word to us, and it will help you to grow in your faith.
Find a church home: this is a great place to learn more about God and to connect with other believers. My first suggestion is City of Truth.
Start praying: prayer is simply talking to God. It is a great way to build your relationship with Him.
Tell others about Jesus: share your testimony with your friends and family, and let them know how Jesus has changed your life.
